Only a Moment

I saw a woodpecker today...it may be the first real one I've ever seen. What creativity God has!!!

We're talking about "sabbath moments" in our Sunday morning class and how important it is to do something out of the ordinary and refreshing as often as possible. We live lives of busyness with almost no moments of refreshing. That's especially clear today as we pray constantly for Glenn after his heart attack. It seems almost selfish to ask God to heal him and keep him here when he could be going home to glory!! But it's so hard to let people go.

So now we're almost off for our "vacation moments!!" Hopefully they will be full of refreshment as we fill up our hearts and eyes with family. I can't wait!
