The Almighty

God did a miracle this week!! He revealed himself to my family in a very dramatic way. But that's HIM -- he loves to get our attention in vivid ways (just think burning bush!)

Anyway, on Wednesday morning my daughter, Jennifer, and her boyfriend, Steve, were driving on I-4, and the interstate was filled with cars. A semi-truck passed them and cut them off, and Jen's car was sucked into the back of the semi. The hood of her car was crushed and the impact sent her car spinning across all the lanes of I-4 into the median. Steve was sleeping at the time, and woke up to the car spinning. God kept them from hitting any other cars (or trees in the median), and neither of them was injured!! The truck never stopped. I guess he never realized he hit them. Her car is totalled -- but the lives were spared and GOD is so good!

They could even laugh later that morning when the tow truck hauling them and the car made it only four miles before it had a flat tire. They had to call another tow truck to bring out a tire.

Thank you, LORD, for your gracious mercy and answered prayers.
